RIBS

 

🍯 1. Honey‑Garlic Oven Ribs (Tender + Sticky)

Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • Salt + pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional but amazing)

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 300°F.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Wrap tightly in foil and bake 2.5 hours.
  5. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
  6. Brush ribs with sauce and broil 5–7 minutes until caramelized.

🔥 2. Puerto Rican‑Style Ribs (Salty, Citrusy, Perfectly Savory)

A little island soul in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 rack ribs
  • 1 packet sazón
  • 1 tbsp adobo
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • Juice of 1 orange (or ½ cup OJ)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. Mix sazón, adobo, oregano, garlic, citrus juices, and oil.
  2. Rub all over ribs and marinate at least 1 hour (overnight is magic).
  3. Bake at 300°F for 2.5–3 hours, covered.
  4. Uncover and broil 5 minutes for crispy edges.

🥃 3. Brown Sugar Bourbon Ribs (Smoky + Sweet)

Ingredients

  • 1 rack ribs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp bourbon (optional but delicious)

Steps

  1. Mix dry spices and rub onto ribs.
  2. Wrap in foil and bake at 275°F for 3 hours.
  3. Mix BBQ sauce + bourbon.
  4. Brush ribs and grill or broil 5–10 minutes until glossy.
